About Our Auctions
Swan Deverell Auctioneers holds curated and single owner boutique timed online auctions of fine and decorative art, antiques, quality collectables, and luxury goods.
Viewing Lots
We can arrange private viewings or online video consultations with our auctioneer for high value items. We are prompt and diligent with our condition reports, available by request for all lots. Lots are sold on an 'as is' basis and we recommend a condition report for any item you wish to place a bid on.
Bidding
All of our auctions are hosted through our own secure sales platform and, once you have registered an account with us, you can bid in any future auction. If you have any difficulties registering or require assistance placing a bid, please call us on 02 4303 0559 and we will be happy to help.
There is a 20.9% buyer’s premium on all goods sold.
This premium includes GST and compares favourably with other auction houses.
After the auction you will be sent an invoice for all items you successfully bid on. You should receive this invoice within 24 hours. We accept payment online, via bank transfer, and in person.
Collection & Shipping
In-House Service: You can collect your items from our Erina location at the time and date specified in the auction outline. We offer delivery across the Central Coast. Small non-fragile items of less than $100 value can be packaged and sent via Australia Post at the buyer's risk. Charges apply.
Third Party Shipping: Eric Ponton (0412 743 113) for delivery to Sydney, Newcastle, and the Hunter Valley. An Australia-wide courier service is available from Pack & Send in Gosford.
